Environment and Food Security concerns

Hi ! I am Dr. Shuja-ul-rehman from kashmir. A veterinarian by training i am a development practitioner deeply concerned about the fast deteriorating state of the environment and food security.This blog is a manifestation of my earnest desire to share my experiences, feelings and concerns with fellow netizens.Mother earth,the most astounding creation of God, is turning into a ball of fire and its we who are stoking this fire. I welcome you to this blog and would like to know your views.Sharing of views is the first step towards affirmative action. I am running this blog as a solitary effort entirely out of my personal resources. Altough my resources are limited and spending is not easy but every penny spent is so satisfying and tempts me to convert to an environmental hermit. I deeply appreciate the technical assistance and encouragement of my friends without which green hopes would have remained just a ‘hope’.
